RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Client can return an item to exchange for a different piece, however the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We can also offer shop credit if a piece needs to be exchanged. Shop credit is valid on anything in the shop and does not expire.
Client must contact us prior to sending an item back for return shipping instructions.
Items must be returned via UPS. Jewelry must be sent back within 10 days of receiving. Client will need to provide proof of shipping via email.
Jewelry must be in perfect, unworn condition otherwise an exchange will not be granted and item will be returned to buyer.

We do not issue refunds unless an item is defective.
