Jacqueline is an abstract metalsmith and artist specializing in sterling silver. By using the process of lost wax casting along with traditional fabrication, her work is an evolution and extension of who she is as an artist. Her designs are made with intention while she sculpts with form, movement, and body in mind.
My work is rooted in the continuous exploration and expression of being a woman. A heartbreaking, yet beautiful, mystical and deeply emotional experience. Throughout my career I have explored a variety of different mediums and techniques, from perfecting my artistry as a metalsmith using lost wax casting and traditional fabrication, to producing an art film, to exploring poetry, painting, and hand-woven sculpture. I am consistently pulled towards conceptual art and I seek to continually expand my artisty through study and the broadening of my artistic perspective. - J
